Chocolate Babka
(n) Two long pieces of dough are twisted together and baked in bread loaf pan. It's usually topped with a streusel and filled with either chocolate or cinnamon. The Jewish Eastern European version of this cake is made with a yeast dough. The babka and its two fillings were showcased in "The Dinner Party" (Seinfeld: Season 5, Episode 13) when, in the face of losing the last chocolate babka, Jerry and Elaine debated the merits of its eternal runner-up: cinnamon. "Lesser babka? I think not," Jerry concluded.
